The -devserver flag is a stock osu! feature; your Bancho account and install stay untouched.
Yes — the web player runs osu!standard with stable-accurate hit windows, mods, skins and replays. No download.
osu!, taiko, catch and mania — plus separate Relax ladders (osu/taiko/catch) and Autopilot (osu). Eight leaderboards total.
Anyone can create one. Weekly clan wars score the PP gained by members during the week — small active clans can beat big sleepy ones.
